Sellers Program When you list with us at American Dream Realty we start with a base commission of 5%.
Then we pay your closing cost - which can save you from $2,000 to more than $6,000.
Here's what we pay: Escrow Fees, Documentry Transfer Tax, Standard Title Insurance Policy premium, Natural Hazard Disclosure Report, Recording and Miscellaneous Fees and last, a standard One-Year Home Warranty Plan.
An example: For the sale of a median priced home of $600,000:
The Seller will save approxiamtely $3900.
American Dream Realty will help the owner get inspections done, negotiations resolved, government compliances processed, escrow closed, and every other detail to make the sale as smooth as possible, with a minimum of effort by the owner.
Buyers Rebate Program
Every buyer that purchases a home through American Dream Realty will receive .25% of the selling price as a rebate bonus at the close of escrow.
Therefore, For the same $600,000 median priced home, American Dream Realty will issue a Buyers rebate of $1,5000 ($600,000 X .25%) at the close of escrow. Not a bad reward for working with the best agents in the business!
